So I found a topic in the Salvia section about Salvia Breakthrough.
Since I am unable to post a reply to that topic as I am stilla DMT Nexus fledgeling
I will post one here...
I was wondering about anyone else's thoughts on the matter of using Salvia in the dark versus light... or dim lighting.
And for Dim lighting also: Candle (firelight), or mild sun, or artifical light.
I know that my mood in any normal circumstance is affected by the type of lighting (Candles are so moody compared to an overhead flourescent light..)
So can a type of lighting affect someones hallucinations and overall expansive experience to the point of a breakthrough vs. non breakthrough?
Also, would the time of day make a difference?
Your body is effected by the change from night to day.
Almost everyone knows that without any knowledge of whether or not it is night or day time, even with a prolonged amount of sleep deprivation, a human will generally sleep at night and awaken during the day.
Also when it gets dark, or when you close you eyes it isknown that your brain startes to pump out natural amounts of DMT to start the sleep process for dreaming...
So maybe at nighttime, in a dark lit environment, could be the best and most effective time for a breakthrough experince?
If you can't see the couch, then maybe you won't start getting stuck in it?
