SWIM did the vinegar lime tek with success and let the bark mix dry out over a period of about two weeks. My question is now that the mixture is all dried out do I need to reintroduce hot water AND lime, and then extract with a solvent? Or is the lime even necessary to reintroduce at this point?

I think it should still be sufficiently based so you won't need to add the lime but you may want to rehydrate before adding your solvent. If the mixture doesn't separate then you can add lime and it will, but it should do so without any problems.
