D dg Rising Star May 28, 2011 #2 sure floro tube lights 3-6" from seedlings have worked well or 3-5' from HID lighting as they mature, move the lights closer heat pad, and humidity dome for the first month or so good potting soil like you'd use for MJ more Q's fire away

Any thoughts on LED panels Just thinking power bill and heat Im hoping to raise a bunch of seedlings as we make the transition to a new home in the next year or 2. I've got all my bigger boys at a dear friends house. But, I want something to care for here in my condo.

D dg Rising Star May 29, 2011 #4 i always used 2 20watt floro tubes, but you might be able to use LED lighting, i'm no expert there.. a couple of 8-15 watt CFLs should also work
