Seems legit ? Ayahuasca Retreats in the USA

So I was just informed in my Facebook news ticker,(like freaking clockwork destiny) that Ayahuasca use for religious ceremonies in the USA has just been legalized, And brought me to this link Life-Changing Ayahuasca Retreats in Peru & the USA If this is legitimate , I am going to attend this. I've read a little bit into it, It seems legitimate so far. Any thoughts?

PS ( I'm very quick to throw things up when i'm excited, Of course there is always a catch or something )

I would say that statement is incorrect. Santo Daime has been allowed to do so for quite awhile...

Not even close to legal and ridiculously over-priced. Basically sums up everything wrong with people taking advantage of and commodifying spirituality.

Yep, I read into it, it most certainly is not the path I'm looking to take. Trinity guzman is aparently not the only one running an overpriced retreat I found out. I realized I really need to analyze things a lot more thoroughly from now on.
