Sidebar Latest Posts

I'll start by saying thanks for this space to talk about DMT.

The latest side-bar changes simply make for more scrolling to get to the thing thats useful which is the 'Latest Posts' list, Yes I could click on the mail menu 'Whats New' though the quick reference sidebar is much simpler.

From a UI perspective, ditch the Trending Content or move it to the bottom of the page (It feels like a duplicate of Latest Posts, so close to make it pointless), move the 'Latest Posts' back to nearer the top for quick reference..

Maybe my relatively small screen size makes a difference?

I'm sure others will have different opinions.

Yes, I agree, having the "Latest Posts" sidebar on top makes the most sense for users.
You could also consider using this page instead of the main one, it's the one I prefer: What's new

The sort order of the widgets in the Forum list have been changed to make for a better experience.

Is this new sort order now more to your liking?
