Smoked harmaline + oral dmt?

I have tried it and it hasn't really worked for me, although I have boosted an Aya, mesc or LSD experience this way.......On the other hand oral harmalas especially a cappi/syrian rue blend and smoked DMT is incredible.....

You need to inhibit MAO in the digestive tract to make dmt orally active. Smoking harmalas is like administering them systemically, some of them will end up in the gut and inhibit MAO, but how much inhibition you'd get? Not much really, if any, I'd guesstimate.

When you eat harmalas, they first inhibit MAO in the digestive tract as they move through the bloodstream and the rest of the body eventually. It is the digestive tract where you first and foremost want to have the strongest MAO inhibition for oral dmt activation and the way to achieve this is only orally.

right on thanks for the info. Im new to the maoi at this point ive only smoked rue extract followed by dmt freebase. epic travels. alone in silance in a dim lit room smoked about 150mg rue extract till I was getting crazy trails and buzzing head followed by 50mg spice. Best jurney so far. workin my way up to a full pharmaand or aya trip. Next im going to try 200mg oral harmala and 30mg oral spice.
