I don't have many friends who are legitimately interested in psychedelics, so I'm pretty used to tripping alone. I love sharing my spice with any of my friends who express an interest--but I'm generally wary because of their lack of experience and intention.
One of my favorite parts about smoking with others is seeing their face light up after they've come down. No words are ever needed, but it's great to sit around and talk about what we each experienced. One of the most rewarding sessions I've facilitated was with one of my friend's girlfriends--we had multiple back to back sessions, and when she came down during the final one she was ecstatic and crying; apparently she had made contact with her first entity, the feminine dancing Goddess that seems to be a popular theme. I've actually been meaning to write a report of this experience for you guys, maybe I'll hop on that now.
I tend not to let myself go quite as deep when I'm smoking with others (with the exception of one friend who's fairly familiar with the realms of spice) because I'm generally looked to as the guide of the experience. I have to help people to make sure they're hitting it properly/holding it long enough, and make sure I can comfort them and talk them through the experience if they wish.
One of the last times I shared it with a buddy of mine who I generally don't trip with precisely for the aforementioned reasons (lack of both experience and intent). It was me, him, and my roommate/best friend who I feel very comfortable smoking spice with. Long story short, we're on our second changa session and each of us is pretty deep into the experience when my buddy sits bolt upright, takes off his shirt, and just stares at me, sweating and super restless. He attempts to ask for the puke bucket (I had assumed this might happen, so I prepared), but he can't really talk at all. Literally as he's starting to hurl I push the bucket across the floor with my foot just in time to catch it at all. After that I sat back down and my roommate and I were able to help him ride it out.
Needless to say my buddy definitely learned to respect DMT much more after that  We actually all had a good laugh afterwards. It was a great bonding experience and I thought sliding the bucket across the floor with my foot was pretty damn cool 8) But after having to rip myself out of hyperspace and deal with that in the condition I was, I'm much more wary of sharing it so freely.
