Some nitrous questions

Hey folks, i just recieved my order of 100 nitrous whip cream chargers two days ago. Now im down to only having 40 left. Its the first time ive ever done it so ive been exploring this "hippy crack" quite a bit. Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to inhale nitrous out of a balloon? Do you inhale and exhale into the balloon repeatedly or do you inhale from the balloon then exhale regularly then inhale from the balloon again?

Most people inhale/exhale into the balloon repeatedly but I would strongly advise that you hyperventilate air for a few seconds before inhaling the N2O so that you saturate your brain with oxygen. Nitrous replaces oxygen so be careful.

Also you probably should take a B-vitamin complex as the n2O will deplete B-vitamins.

thanks for the info. Ive been half filling my lungs with oxygen before inhaling nitrous to be safe but its not the most effective method. Hyperventilating sounds like a good idea.

Just be careful and don't overdo it. I know how addictive it can be. It is fun though.

after tonight i dont plan on doing it again untill i go home and get some of my friends to try it. Ive been reading up on the need to take b vitamins before doing nitrous or there are seriouse health consequenes with repeated exposure. Ive done 60 chargers over the past couple days. Anyone think im at risk of depleting my b12? Should i run to the store and buy some or will i be fine?

I would. That's a lot of nitrous. How do you feel?

If you do buy the vitamins, make sure you get a B-complex as taking a high dose of a single B can compete with the others in the body.

I feel fine. Im definately going to get some b vitamins tomorrow just because i believe drugs should be used as safely as possible. Ill take a couple flinstones chewable vitamins tonight though (they are all i have in the house, cant find my multivitamins.) Ive been doing some reading and when nitrous is used by dentists it is given in a ratio of 70% nitrous and 30% oxygen. Over the course of say half an hour at the dentist that is a lot of inhaled nitrous so im not too worried about how much ive taken, although i am going to be a lot more cautious with it for now on and not over do it.

The flinstones chewables will be fine. And tasty!:d You don't really need a fancy multiple if you're just needing the B-complex. They absorb really good, especially the chewables.

Yeah but you're still not getting as much oxygen popping whippits at home as you would be getting from the dentist, even if you're hyperventilating beforehand. It sounds like you're being pretty smart about it though.

To be completely honest, unless you are doing whippets continuously for days you don't need to take B vitamins. It can't hurt but it's not neccissary for how much you said you have taken.

If you are inhaling in and out of a balloon make sure you breath air in through your nose too so you get some oxygen. I am not a fan of just breathing in and out of a balloon of nitrous, it's a wonderful recipe for hypoxia and black out. When I take nitrous I do it straight from a big whip cream dispenser you can load up to 5 chargers in and I try to mimic 70% nitrous 30% room air.
