Hello, I have a problem with my soxhlet method. I use a automatic soxhlet that use a Randall technique. I used petroleum ether,but the extraction is 70-80%. Now I use chloroform, but the recovery takes a lot of time. I don't know what temperature to use for the extraction, neither the volume of solvent. Do you know?
