Sooooo, SWIM just wanted to share the success of his second extraction with you all and how he went about it.

Using the general rules of thumb for a STB i.e 15ml of water per gram of bark, 1g of lye to 1g of bark and 10% of the basified solution gives you how much naptha to use.
So it went like this:
200g MHRB
200g Caustic Soda
3l of water
300ml of Naptha.

His first pull yeilded 2.4g, and he is still got more pulls to do : )

I've had a couple of low doses man, but working up. Last one was 45mins ago! Love the closed eyed visuals and this time i got some shaking in my brain...i thought lift off was about to happen but not quite..a bacon sandwich now and maybe another go..but damn this smell lingers!!

SWIM is waiting for a friend to comeover and then they are gonna get the spaceship. Plus its his froends first time, so he is not gonna have a clue whats hit him.
I know what you mean though, the sub break through doses can be fookin intense

ILPT doesn`t like outlook of pictured elfdust. With yield so high, ILPT would commit some purification.:!:

Next time ,when ILPT grab some pink powder.He planing make a shitloads of spice via STB, then perform some AB on spice and play more with pH when slowly freebased. He also wouldn`t touch naphta or lighter fluid anymore but tolulene or petrolether instead 😉

His baby spice(pictured)has a yellow contaminant.And fella(in the thread I linked to my reply) has a health problems,from smoking yellow stuff.So if you concerned about your health rather DO NOT SMOKE YELLOW, that was the point,pal.

Thanks for the feedback, and especially to those who were appreciating my rhymes.
Just as an update, my friend managed to yeild another 0.9g from his second pull. Thats 3.3g altogether!!
As for recyrstalisation, i dont think hes too bothered about the health issues (if any), as far as hes concerned it is doing its job just fine : )

Still I'll have to disagree. Not a single quote from this thread mentioned any health concerns from yellow spice. It was only just spice. If you do think anyone gave any quote saying he got ill or whatever from yellow spice (but not white spice) please quote it here instead of giving links to opticians.

Lots of people have been smoking piss yellow spice, no prob at all. The guy in the other thread had already compromised health. How do you know it was the yellow that made him worse?

IT's not really a health concern, but more like it's gonna be a little harsher and might taste a little more like plastic.

I am curious though.... what health concerns are you speaking of? Lye conamination?

Personaaly if swim gets yellow product,i believe it's mainly fat's and other "bark contaminates" (safe) and
He just re-x's and then ofcourse the n-oxide, which isn't of health concern either.

I'm just curious as to what you meant by health concerns. (people on that linked thread were already sick,which i happen to be right now :( )

Aye, that's what I think. I do not like this kind of stuff because they can start rumors very easily. That's why I insist a bit more on the issue.

The nexus is definitely one of the most factual forums around. Not much place for misinformation around here!

Sorrry guys, English is not my first language and sometimes I struggling to express myself properly. :oops: Sorry again!

My point was about encouraging people to purify their products as much as they can for the sake of loosing yield. That`s all!

If you two guys are soooo clever tell us what reaction occur when one mix skatole and hot water solution of NaOH (pH 13-14) and what is the product of this reaction?????

Dunno really, would be interested to find out.

But again, why would that matter? Even if skatole is in the MHRB in big amounts
(questionable) , even if tryptamines frm MHRB degrade to skatole (again questionable), and even if skatole degrades to some noxious chemical, do we have at least any evidence that such a noxious substance can be pulled with naphtha?

Has anyone else had experience with this vendor? I've never purchased bark internationally and was wondering if any of you have used this vendor or for that matter any international vendor and had your product destroyed by customs?
