Spinning sensation with weird visual effect from 1 big hit

So me and a friend of mine both took a big hit of DMT and had the same experience: a strange spinning sensation that happend in weird clicks that broke up into 3 sections that were just miliseconds behind the other. Like our suroundings turned into this weird 3 phase carousel one part being just a fraction in front of the other. When it started to wear off i noticed my friends face was in 3 sections that were offset. Very strange. What the hell was that?

Sounds like time dilation. I’ve experienced a similar effect. I was turning my head slightly and reality sliced into 3-4 sections that lined up one after another

Craziest dmt trip ever. It was only from this one particular jar that was the same tek that ive been using for at least a year. The only difference was it emulsified and i used table salt and a hot water bath to release it. Which ive done in the past without any weird time dilation effect on the finished product. Idk but i would like to know what possibly could have changed the molecular structure to cause the same sensation everytime.
