Not necessarily.
I don't think teks should just double up everything if the bark doubles.
Wet teks are are about the amount of product that can be held in solution.
So, as long as your mix is 'watery' and not 'sludgy' you should be OK.

For 100g I would do:
700-1200 ml overall liquid (depends on your vessel)
30-50g Salt (again depends on liquid volume)
50g lye (or enough to turn the mix black)
50-70ml naphtha pulls (smaller=more saturated)

Too much liquid and the product is going to be floating around in a dilute solution and will take more of an effort to pick up with the non polar solvent.

i found out that by evaporatigng the naptha in a glass dish until theres only 15-20% naptha left and sticking it in a jar in the freezer for a day will get you some nice crystals
after getting so much damn goo :thumb_dow
