Steps for *gelatin* sodium bicarbonate neutralization*

Hi all,

I will do Caapi only extraction by THP method, yet I will like to add:

1. apple cider vinegar ( I hard it evaporate complitely after evaporation)

2. gelatin neutralization

3. sodium bicarbonate neutralization

any comments, how to do # 2 and 3

How much baking soda to use to neutralize the vinnegar? I imagine after the reduction...

At waht moment to use the gelatin?
before the reduction or after?

plese help since I am close to the finish product.
