Still trying to remove fats and oils from saturated hepatane!

Hello, Swim id still trying to find out the answer to their question with some detailed information. Swim has bestine saturated with spice +oils, is trying to get a more solid end product. Swimmers have told swim to let hepatane sit in warm/hot water bath and "eventually" Oils will fall to the bottom. Which is not the case for swim.. It sat for almost an entire evening, and the hot bath seems to just keep the mixture stagnant. Swim cannot extract anymore spice till this is figured out... Please some details would be appreciated :cry:

I would suggest you evap heptane until it becomes supersaturated (murky). Then SLOWLY let it cool under the room temp (a couple of hours would do) then put in it a fridge for half a day, then put in in a freezer for another 6 hours. Decant the heptane and store it for future use.

Dry the remaining gooey spice and oils precipitate completely.

Do a simplified quick A/B on the precipitate. Always worked for SWIM.

P.S. If your extract is very dirty re-xtallisation is not very efficient.
