I would imagine fructose being a healthy sugar alternative for kids? I don't know what that chem you're talking about is, but personally I like to steer well clear of anything that hasn't been in the human diet for a very very long time... if I had kids they wouldn't have anything new in their diets, it's just not worth the (possibly very small) risk in my eyes. I'm one of those people who has everything organic, both for the trace minerals, and as an ethical standing against fertilisers and pesticides raping soil (because our arable land is becoming infertile through misuse) and destroying wildlife.
I might get some of that theobromine 25x extract to try out one day. But I've been put off by a few disappointing experiments with things like lotus, kanna, bunk virola and that rompe calzon vine. I'm not into these things that cost lots and do little.
