Thanks for the paper. Obviously the results aren't surprising being that STB has been used for so long - but nice to see it get a formal look in. I was surprised that chloroform held less alkaloids per ml than DCM. I was under the impression that chloroform held a little more, but with increased risk of chlorinated byproducts.. Unsure whether they screened for N-chloromethyl–N,Ndimethyltryptamine chloride here.. it didn't seem present in their spectrum analysis for either DCM or chloroform. After a week I would have expected to see a portion of DMT converted. So for DCM to still have the highest concentration of DMT suggests to me that the by product was very minimal.
