The name is Sect.

I'm new here, but I'm not new to forums; I've posted habitually at several, even ran a few over the years. I've been off them for a while, however, because I have the tendency to get to sucked into them. Forums are great and all, but they only take you so far in real life.

Anyway, I have never used DMT, or substance for that matter. However, SWIM has had plenty experience with something that is leafy and green. I first learned of the existence of DMT about a year ago, and my interest and curiosity has been exponentially increased ever since.

I thoroughly enjoy music, as I'm sure most everyone here does as well. I play guitar in my leisure time. I'm not good, but I'm not bad, in the strictest sense, either. I have three: A White&Blue Fender Squire Bullet (My first one), a Black B.C. Rich Warlock (my second), and a Black&Silver Fender Jaguar Special HH (My most recent one). I enjoy many types and genres of music, but metal is my particular favorite (my favorite group being Meshuggah).

Anyway, I'm a decent guy, and as long as you don't have any problems with me, I won't have any problems with you.
 
Welcome, I'm still new here as well. Seems you've heard the call, and answered it by coming here as I did. SWIM used DMT as his first psychedelic and is glad he did so. It certainly helps to have great people to help you along the way. I suppose it takes a certain frame of mind or personality to not instantly freak out when trying spice. It is rather odd to see the world dissolve around you for the first time...

Just keep a clear mind, and show it respect; hopefully it will do the same to you :D

I now have this image in my head of someone launching themselves to some really complex metal rhythms. I got myself a couple of meshuggah albums from back when I used to be into metal. I still like it, but I'm not hot on the heels of new releases like I used to be. My Favourite metal act is Opeth... but I'm also very partial to a bit of Devin Townsend, if you're farmiliar with him?

After a little while posting, new members can post in other parts of the forums.. There are a few threads around in the 'hyperspace tavern' about music making, instrument playing, favourite artists, etc..

Me im learning to play the acoustic guitar, and its great :) Im still a beginner but at least having fun, and I dont see my wife wearing earplugs so its a good sign I guess hahaha... Who knows maybe one day we make a get-together with the Nexus people and have a jam session ;)
