SWIMs about to do his first extraction!

Ok guys swims about to do an extraction, using Nomans tek.
Got 112 mg mhrb, Swim has seen the tek says to use 1.5x the water for pre-powdered bark (which he has) and some posts say to just use whats in the tek. What should he do?

dont have a weigher, but it was ok for 2 jars. it was a little bit bigger than the size of a quarter
