Syrian Rue 10X extract turned into black solid

Hello,

I have this one year old 10x Syrian rue extract, it's been in a baggy in my drawer. It hasn't been exposed to light or heat. I even forgot I had that extract but when I found it, I looked like a black solid, like black plastic (it used to be a brown powder)

I know this extracts are not very accurate but I got it from a trusted vendor

The question is: Is it still good to consume?

It should be. The alkaloids are very stable and I see no traces of mould.
What probably happened is sugars or sugar-like compounds in the crude extract pulled water from the air on humid days, letting the brown powder collapse into glass.
