I don't know how to tell you exactly how much harmaline is in your extract since extracts like the one you're describing will have an unknown quantity of non alkaloids impurities.
Since it is labelled as a 20x extract you can do a ballpark estimate.
Let's say you want the effects of 3.5g rue as that's pretty standard
3.5/20 = 175mg or 50mg per gram of seed equivalent
There will always be water soluble impurities (assuming it's an aqueous extract) alongside your alkaloids so your dosage will be less than this. I personally think labelling rue extracts like this makes it a pain to dose accurately. Better off extracting from seeds so you can weigh your actual harmala dose (which is still not pure harmaline unless you process it completely).
I've not heard great things about those kind of extracts in terms of strength so I hope it works out for you.
