I can vouch for the tea as well.
I lightly simmer 3g for 20-30 minutes in 1cup of water, added a some sugar, and chug it in a couple of gulps. Wasn't too bad.
The effects on spice are tremendous. A good rip off the GVG prolongs the experience greatly. The come up is so smooth and the come down is even better. You barely notice it's going away! Straight spice and even non-extract changa comes and qoes quick, it gets sucked away so fast that i'm actively thinking that i dont want it to leave yet, but this way, man, it just drags out so naturally.
Oh, and it's worth mentioning there's close to no nausea.
