Hey Everyone,
I'm pretty interested in this plant uhcu sanango (tabernaemontana sanaho) and Im curious if anyone knows of the proper dosage and preparation method to use for it? I could only find that the fresh roots are soaked in water and drank but IDK how much to use if anyone has this info that'd be great
