temperature mixup in tao or rue extraction?

I added the payload after washing to hot vinegar and then added saturated salt water. i think the temperature's were too low and the crystallization started damn near immediately. the crystals are really small and everywhere and it is just a mush more or less. would someone suggest perhaps re-heating the solution and then the crystals might grow bigger; enough so that the salt water can be poured off?

sorry about the lack of grammar but i was being rushed and i would love an answer before i can get to my project. doing extractions out of the back seat of your car/home can be a bitch.

It takes awhile for the crystals to fully develop and they need to be left undisturbed while they develop. That means not touching the jar at all and letting it sit completely still.

You can reheat the solution and start it over if you wish, it won't hurt anything.

do you think reheating the solution and letting them cool down at the same time will let the crystals be bigger? as opposed to the 2 being mixed at luke warm temp's and having small crystals form instantly

I'm really not sure. I've always used pretty hot water and it took awhile for mine to cool down. You saw the results in the tek. So from my experience, I would suggest heating the whole solution up and letting it slow cool just to go by what is known. You're free to try it however you wish. If you choose not to heat it up, I don't know if the crystals will continue to form or if they will stay in the solution. If you feel like your yields are low, you could saturate the entire solution with more salt to make sure it pushes all of your alkaloids out.
