These aren't psilocybin... are they?

Hey, it's been raining heavily in my city the last couple of weeks and for some time now I've ben seeing these shrooms growing all over the place. They are not growing on dung (poop) but on mouldy ground, mainly near trees.

I would like some expert eyes to give me their opinions as to wether or not they might be psilocybin, and if not what they are and if they are psychoactive and deserve a taste.

Can't say from those pics(its very hard if not impossible to id schooms from a pic).

For an id, at least you need.

and preferably a pic of the place they grow

And even if you have all above its not going to be a sure thing.

My advise would be spending some time learning about id'ing shooms maybe do a course and then decide if you want to take the risk of eating them.

They sure don't look right to me.

Psilocybes usually have very white stems, and often (not always) brown to caramel caps. I saw on a few of the ones you posted they had tan stems. That, coupled with just generally not looking right, leads me to say that no they aren't psilocybe. Like expandaneum said though, more info is needed to be sure. One of the most definitive positive signs for the good ones is purple spores.

Thanks guys! Just to keep you calm, I'm not planning on eating them; I wouldn't even eat them if you gave me a 100% consensus that they are definitely psilocybin (probably). I mean, I just wanted to get a feel of your answers. They appear not to be psilocybin from what I read.

My question now though is that none of you mentioned the fact that they aren't growing on dung to be a defining factor, isn't that supposed to be the tell tale sign? They are just growing under a few trees around my neighbourhood. I live in Montevideo, Uruguay, the capital city in my country so they're not even near a cow.

Nope, they can pop up in all kinds of places, no psilocybin containing species I can think of has one exclusive place to fruit. I don't recognize the shrooms depicted as one of those.
