I was meditating this morning and trying to have an out of body experience. I was imagining my spirit/consciousness floating. Suddenly i was in a place id been before, its basicly just like your eyes are closed but you dont feel like you in your room,I could think and i was deffinatley conscious.
I started thinking out in my head "higher self or spirit guides help me do this", Suddenly my 3rd eye region was doing some kind of vibration/throbbing, and i could see single eyes floating about, like it was some sort of trip.
Ive deffinatley been in this kind of place before but i dont think ive experienced the vibrating/pulsating/throbbing feeling before its just wierd though because it seems so familiar. Ive been trying to meditate alot alately and have been re-searching out of body experiences and lucid dreaming,i can rember have an OBE as a child and ive always seen spirits in sleep paralysis since i was a child.
Has anyone else here experienced anything like this?
