Hihelloheyhey

I'm curious to whether any experienced (or not so experienced) people have tried beinig *ACTIVE* while ingesting?

My previous attempts have all been sitting in a couch while letting everything fall upon me. And in most cases I see why that is the suggested method.

However, being a bit, curious, I wonder how smaller doses would be like with some activity, mainly walking. Or just walking for that sake. I think seeking outside and being in nature is a good combination alltogheter, so why not try some experiments?

I was thinking that small doses while being on a trail could enliven the experience quite a bit.

I understand that this is a bit "risky" in the sense that encounters might happen and that there might be need for a safe space. I wish to try if not strongly reccommended against. A secluded space at the right time while walking around seems really wonderfull. I am not going to operate any vehicle or travel at a crowded space. Hopefully I will be accompanied by a good friend while attempting.

Thoughts fellow experiencers?

Severely underrated IMO. DMT while moving in nature is the bees knees, it just requires caution and common sense. DMT in the dark wooden box seems overrated in comparison.

I do yoga on low doses, though let the effects start to wear off before I get onto balances etc. Get the dose right and its blooming lovely, chilled.

I did make a point of moving around while ago toking the vape but it felt a bit pointless and a distraction from whats going on.

I must try it in Nature sometime though.

I have tried walking in the woods on low-ish doses. It certainly lends a sureal nature/apearance to the surroundings, but nothing profound. I've concluded that walking is a bit of a distraction, particularly on rough ground. I find just sitting in the same environment more pleasurable.
I've also tried doing ChiGong exercises on the tail end of a trip. That can be interesting in the sense that I can feel the Chi flow more more vivdly than normally. But it's a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't
