Too much PGP

SWIM has a vape cart that had PGP smoked and ended up with a small amount of Goo/crystals at the bottom. They then added juice to the top of the cart, severely diluting it. The cart has sat for quite some time and the crystals have recollected at the bottom and the juice is gold/red/broom. Is there any reliable way to extract the vape juice and returning the cart to a usable ratio?

I know of no way to get crystals back from a vape but if you have a problem with ingredients separating maybe tightly seal vape in a zip lock, then tightly seal that in a 2nd zip lock, then submerge in hot water and maybe after awhile move it to mix things.

I do not know if this will help. I hope it does.

I suspect adding more PG will make each hit weaker though again I am not sure here.
