What’s the best way to build up your smoke tolerance to handle full lungs of DMT? Actually my issue isn’t my lungs it’s my throat burning like f**k. Help
 
When well vaporised and not burned, it's very smooth. So, practice vaporisation. Some device are much better than other.

Seriously though.. I agree with DansMaTete. It should be relatively smooth if you vape the DMT well.

If you are just sensitive to any vapor or smoke entering your throat you can try coating your throat before hand. Drink water before so your throat is moist. Try eating a tablespoon of honey or perhaps eat a piece of fruit before.

Another thing that can help is to purse your lips as you blow out your vape or smoke. This trick always worked well for me with anything I have ever smoked.

Iv bought a quartz banger to try and get the temp right to vape but Iv seen conflicting temperatures mentioned online, some say 340F others say 150F.

What is the evaporating temp of DMT? I know it’s melting point is 116F according to google.
 
If you have a bong you can smoke dried herbs through it. That will definitely improve your lung tolerance to smoke and if you choose the correct herbs it can be beneficial in certain ways also.
 
I think vaping DMT is good example why balance is the most important.

Too low heat - weak effects.
Too high heat - burned throat.

Patience in learning and persistence is the key.
 
Learn to play the didgeridoo, Tibetan throat singing (or normal singing) or practice any of the various breathwork exercises. The more you practice something, the better you become.

True, but the rewards are worth it.

What's the point of breathing? Respiration. What is respiration? It is the process of gas exchange between the body's cells via the lungs to the outside environment. This exchange involves mainly O2 and CO2. It also involves the metabolic process that produces energy in the form of ATP. This energy is ultimately derived from food, a source of fuel for the body.

What is combustion? Combustion is the reaction between a fuel source and oxygen, and releases energy, i.e. fire. A fire with more oxygen gives off more energy. A body with more oxygen gives off more energy. Breathe in fully. Breathe out fully. Breathe in fully. Breathe out fully. Do this for a while before you smoke DMT, and you'll be much calmer before you light it up. One long slow draw, in one hit.

This. Smoking cannabis oil is one of the most overpowering experiences you can put your lungs through. Practice every couple hours for optimum results.
