Two acids in same extraction?

I have just started an A/B extraction, and am going to do two rounds of simmering. Just discovered I only have enough vinegar for the first one, and am wondering if using citric acid for the second, and mixing them together would be OK? Obviously, it is no issue getting more vinegar, but just thought I'd ask the question.

I would use only vinegar. Acid is not that important because DMT is already in a salt tannate form in the plant material. It's going to dissolve in water anyway.
People boil ayahuasca without acids and it works great. But using citric shouldn't be a problem too.

Using a single type of acid would only be absolutely necessary if you were intending to isolate a crystalline salt more or less directly from the acidic mixture.

Expediency still dictates that it's desirable to minimise complexity in an extraction system, however.

Hope your vinegar process worked well!
