used chacruna yield?

i have 100 grams of chacruna leaves which i boiled for 45 mins a while back, i put these (strained, filtered) leaves into ziplocks and into my freezer. you guys think there could be any dmt left in the leaves if i try to do an a/b? :?

from what i have found it takes 3-4 1hour log boils to get all the goods out so ya
