Using caapi leaf or roots for MAOi

Hey I’m struggling to source enough b. caapi vine, but there’s a heap of leaf and/or root available in dried form. Does the leaf and root contain enough MAOi to use in aya and would I need to use extra leaf/root to make up the standard caapi dosage?

From this post you would think leaves are twice as potent as vine.

Its been a while since I last worked with leaves but they are definitely active.

Here is another thread where leaves are mentioned as being more potent than vine.

I did a few extractions from both vine stems and leaves and found out that leaves are 2-5 times weaker than caapi vine, based on alkaloid yield.
