Using Q21 tek w/ Limo and making tincture - will n-oxides from bark be in the liquid?

First of all thanks to everyone who contributed in my recent thread asking about how to get the n-oxides out using limo...I am waiting on fumaric acid to arrive before working with those suggestions.

So until then, my question is - if I use Q21's tek and pull with limo, and use his 'tincture' method, will the n-oxides be in the liquid and able to be vaped? If so, this may be the simplest solution for my remaining old bark...
