viniger question?

how nessary is the vineger in nomads tek. i did everything to the dot expect the vineger part please someone how will this effect my yield? i have the jars in the freeser right now

You only need the vinegar as a precautionary measure to neutralize any lye burns you might endure. Being careful and wearing proper protection are fine substitutions.
