went for another journey today...no "negative" energies this time!

So I just got back from a journey of approximately 25-50mg.
I meditated for a few minutes while looking out the window and concentrating on positive energies...I was very excited to see if that "negative" energy would come back after the smudging. This was also my first time going on a journey during the day time. I took three medium rips off the bong and laid back. I didn't leave the house this time, instead I was introduced to all the various energies and entities that live in my house. Every single one of them was positive and it felt amazing. There were a lot of elves and animal esque beings that surrounded me and I welcomed them and invited them to stay as long as they liked. I felt a strong female energy that I interpreted to be the energy of my girlfriend (who is currently at work), it had a very human shape but no features other than having a woman's shape and it was purple which is my girls favorite color...it made me wonder if she leaves part of her energy here with me when she leaves...weird stuff. After coming down a bit...I felt like I might vomit...purging of toxins and negative energies...but I held it in and that took my feelings of bliss and happiness down a level...from now on I'm going to purge whenever its time to. I can still feel it...like a heavy lead ball in my gut...maybe the mushrooms will clear it out tomorrow

I usually burn sage, mary jane, frankincense, and tobacco to name a few before partaking in any travels. Its awesome you mentioned meeting elementals in your place, spice has introduced me to many blobs which float around me, spice has shown me mary janes presence more than once, glittering and glisting in a translucent moving blanket which nips and tugs on you playfully. I now understand how many believe mary jane brings luck and also how sage can purify. I'm not sure about any of the elves, although they seem to have a strong urge to communicate with us. Purple as in a favorite color is a dead giveaway to an awesome personality I meant to add.

Thanks for the replies scudge...its odd that you mention mj...we have a medical garden and one of the plants was harvested this morning...maybe that was the female entity I met...that's an interesting thought
