What colour is mimosa supposed to have?

I've got my first kilo of root bark from mhuk and its colour is light pink. Is that ok? Or maybe colour doesn't matter?

It's a purplish pink. Some can be dark some can be light I have no idea if the color will gauge the percent of active ingredients but I don't think anyone has linked it to that unless I missed it.

Hmm. This powder has no purple in it what so ever and the pink colour is so light that it is almost white. Oh well, I'll tell you how much I yielded when I've done my extraction.

I´m trying a extraction aswell can tell in a few days if it worked, look like the stuff from jimjam so i think it´s ok.
