HELLO!!!! I am now afraid to use glass jars, afraid of a break. So what else can be used? If you use plastic, aren't you worried that the solvent will dissolve the plastic, and you'll have plastic in your spice? Anything that has an air tight seal and is safe. Ideas appreciated. Thanks.
