What is recommended to use in this extraction except VM&P naptha?

So I am, for my first time, going to try a dmt extraction out of mimosa. The guide I'll be following is:

Now there's one problem, I can't get a hold of vm&p naphtha since I live in Sweden. Is there anything else I can use with good result instead of the vm&p naphtha?

Warm hexane or heptane (bestine) should work just as well.

What temperature?

Should I heat the hexan then add it to the mimosa + lye + water. Or add it first then heat everything?

Stick the heptane or hexane in a jar with a lid loosely over the top. Boil some water in a pot. Place jar in pot for 10 mins or so after removing it from the heat source. That should do it.

Heating everything would work also just be careful.
