can anyone give me an idea of some of the side effects of using DMT?
do you get a comedown from it,lack of sleep! or anysort of personality change from it!
my drug of choise was ketamine but i bacame heavly addicted to it and had to quit after 3 years of taking it!
i really miss not taking it and have always wanted to try DMT but not if its full of side effects!

Personally I only experience one physical side effect which is that it sometimes makes my asthma go mental if I over do it, particularly if i'm drunk when I am taking it. I think this has a lot to do with my harsh smoking technique (3 inch metal crack pipe stuffed with steel scrubber). Ive invested in a decent bong and materials for changa to hopefully overcome the asthma thing.

Mental side effects for me are negligable. Dreams far more intense for a day or two afterwards, sometimes some sleep paralysis or open eye dreaming just as I am starting to wake up. Nothing I would consider negative.

Side effects may include:

Hallucinations,
Ego being smashed into 1000000's of pieces only to be reconstituted 10 minutes later,
Meeting God,
Meeting all manner of strange non corporeal beings,
Extreme bliss / euphoria,
Unimaginable fear / terror,
Blackouts if you smoalk too much / have a particularly rough journey...

All that good stuff 😉

This, plus becoming addicted to dmt-nexus.
Seriously. If I'm not on it at home, I'm on it on my phone.

Ive read that K can actually take you into places that DMT can't, but only if injected. Would you say this is the case? Ive been seeing the word K alot lately and it sounds interesting (not saying i want to try it but i always want info on substances).

Side effects may include - the urge to call everybody you know at 3am to spread the word of the most amazing thing thats ever happend to you

I was never a fan of Ketamine, I even injected it once. Maybe I was doing it wrong, but I had much greater experiences on LSD, Psilocybin, mescaline, etc. I'm also going to be doing DMT for the first time soon, and I expect my whole mindset to change. DMT seems to have a lot less side effects than most, probably a lot less than ketamine. But if you like ketamine, you'll probably like DMT, idk.

I thought that there was going to be some kind of after effects or somekind of horrible comedown, i thought there must be due to how stupidly powerfull the spice is.

I have found nothing at all in the way of adverse effects, no comedown like pills, no confusion like on acid, no horrible twitchy effects like from K.
The only thing that has changed is that i look at reality in a very different light, not a crazy light, a new turbo all iluminating HD light8) .

I would definaitely say the only side effects so far have been positive and that the spice has helped me tremendously, 6 months after my initiation and im starting to make some major changes to my life that have needed changing for a long time, this could be coincidence but i doubt it.

However, i do think there would be a serious effect if you went overboard with this stuff, the things that happen to you while using DMT are very, very, very, very strange and some experiences maybe very difficult to intergrate into normal life, if you were to carelessly and stupidly smoke massive amounts everyday then i could see it going pretty bad pretty quickly:shock: .
This doesnt seem to happen to often as most people have the sense to realise what they are dealing with.

anyway, good luck on your journey, im sure you will have a ball.

As with all sensory-overload you might get tired after a intense trip, although it's so different each time, sometimes I'm about to fall asleep, other times I come down shaking in adrenaline.

Other than that I experience no adverse side-effects from smoking spice:)

...Dimension change... One of the major "side effects".
Altough I see no side effects after the effects wear off, except a feeling of well being, or sometimes a tired feeling as it takes a lot of energy.
In general I have heard of no safer hallucinogen/"drug".

If you were addicted to K for three years then I would recommend approaching dmt with caution and respect. This is not something that you want to overdo or do every other day or do when you are drunk or anything like that.

I'll just say that the guy I knew who used to only smoke spice when drunk...regrets such behavior. Made some big mistakes, f'd his life all up. To hear him tell it it's "bad karma to diss the spice".
