Hello all. I joined this forum after learning about and acquiring some DMT (Freebase, yellow powder). I made the machine using a Tabasco bottle and some copper scourers which I burned to turn into a black color. After dropping some dmt on top of the copper plug. I began placing a bic lighter a little under the copper and lightin the copper up, I began hitting the bottle and got some smoke but I didn't trip at all. I'm pretty sure I burned the dmt but I don't understand how what did I do wrong? Please help I don't want to waste the rest of my dmt

I've never used a machine but with a bic and conductive substrate such as steel or copper mesh/wire/scrubber pad the theory is fairly simple:
It helps to melt the DMT into the metal before vaping. Use the heat of the flame, not the actual flame itself. Hold the device horizontal and use a light, slow steady breath to draw in the flame's heat. The flame should hardly move towards the device at all. The conductivity of the metal will give you the correct vaping temp, whilst the steady airflow gives you a nice draw. Try not to use the actual flame itself, just draw the heat away from it as you inhale lightly. And as always, practice makes perfect.

This is solid advice. I would also recommend using more scrubber pad. Like filling at least 1 inch of the neck, or even the entire neck of the bottle with it. Pack it in as tightly as you can without blocking the flow of air through it. It looks like all or most of your DMT ended up stuck to the inside of the bottle.Orion said:
How much is "some DMT"? 2mg? 200mg? I highly recommend weighing your doses with an accurate .001 g scale.
