When a vendor takes your money

Anyone have problems with a vendor that only sends your items 90% of the time?

I have never had this problem before (infatc usually with the right vendor chosen delivery time is very quick)

thruogh i have had problems with the quality of certain products from internet vendors in the past

Once an item on my order was missing from my package and the shipping list. I politely suggested in an email that someone made a mistake copying my order at the vendors office and the missing item was overnighted to me immediately.

We have this vendor, say sh---- something dot something, and the stuff yes is generally 4 or 5 days arriving. In one case its been months.
They have some trouble ticket system which I think is a joke becuase you can give it your own rating for urgency, then it sits. Granted we've ordered many times and things arrive quickly, i.e. the 90% success rate. Yeah quality on some fabricated items we could make better ourselves here ourself. We believe its customs snagging the stuff but what the heck can you do? Its not illegal, but they elect to swipe it.
