Which Acid works best?

Hey everyone,

A quick question that I don't seem to be able to find a good answer to.

Which Acid would people recommend to use for a Acid/Base tek

I have Hydrochloric acid, Vinegar and citric acid.

HCL Acid seems the most economic. but vinegar and Citric seem a little safer
