I just tried some - and my experiments say otherwise!
there are several stubborn stains which are obviously
water based.... FIND THEM *growls* :P

Try cleaning grease or the sticky stuff from a sticker. It works very well for those kinds of cleaning tasks.

It works great on sink and shower scum... depending upon the entities you have living in your house. :)

i put a little bit in my washing machine..and my clothes come out verry clean..and you can see the dirt in the water that comes out of that

we've been mixing it with a little vegetable oil based dish soap and water(shake in spray bottle) for an excellent surface cleaner.
it will also cut tar/asphalt like citrasolv brand.
d-limonene needs an emulisifier/surfactant to stay mixed with water

most cleaners based on D-limonene are WATERED down not just because very little is needed but for that exact reason, d-limonene will not dissolve many water-soluble things

But SWIM is very happy about this thread, he'll try some in his next batch of laundry!
