I was registred as a new member before and I've seen images immediately.
Now I forgot my pass and registred again.
I registred just to see images !

Some images are only visible to full members. Do you remember your previous username? Were you a full member with that login? It might be possible to reactivate your old account; alternatively we mods can keep an eye out for getting you promoted sooner rather than later.
 
I had new member account and images were visible.
I registred only to see images.
It became unable to see recently. I know it's not about my membership nor browser.
 
It seems to me that the permissions for images and attachments have been changed, or possibly there has been a change to the architecture underlying the permissions system. In testing recently I noticed something similar to the issue which you're describing - members who've been newly promoted to full membership may not be able to view attachments either. In that instance I would suggest first refreshing the page once you're sure you're definitely logged in.

Positive engagement with the forum and in the chatroom will expedite your promotion to full membership; in the meantime I'll take steps to assess the extent of this issue and ascertain if there's anything that needs fixing. [As far as I can tell, newly promoted members can view attachments once they've logged back into the forum after having been promoted.]
