Hi,
I just received my one ounce packet of dried Lion's tail flowers today in the mail.
I have grown this plant a very long time ago, and when the flower petals fell to the ground I would collect them and save them for smoking.
I feel like I established a good relationship with the plant, and have wanted to try the flower petals again for quite some time.
I smoked a small pipe of the orange tubular flowre petals this morning and although I did not feel much effects, I did feel pleasntly sedated, without feeling like I took a drug.
In other words I felt relaxed and calm.
I originally purchased these dried wild dagga flowers because I thought that I could smoke them as a substitute to smoking tobacco.
I really want to quit smoking tobacco as it is so injurious to health, fully aware of the fact that smoking anything is not good for the health.
Unfortunately I was not able to use these flowers as a substitute for tobacco, as I went to the store later today and bought a pack of cigarettes.
I would like to feel stronger effects from the wild dagga flowers, but I think that I would either need to concentrate it into a smokeable extract, or perhaps make a strong tea with it and drink it.
If anyone has any experience or advice regarding how to work with the wild dagga flowers, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
