so I am almost positive that I just completely messed up a pf tek jar. I steam sterilized it and I guess the tape over the holes wasn't on enough and I forgot to put tin foil on the cap but the jar had some water in it after 1 hour and 30 mins of steaming. so I dumped all the water out I could. I then injected spores in it. but I didn't let the jar cool down for more then 5 minutes. So im guessing all of my substrate is trash and I killed all my spores by injecting them into to hot substrate. Am I right, I hope not. Anybody know if this is salvageable yet?

well i have had jars succeed with the excess water like you did,but how hot were the jars when you innoculated them?
2cc is plenty for a pint jar btw
