I could do with getting back on the Vit D, I work in a place without natural light, but it seems to do weird things to my guts so I've been laying off the D.Vitamin D is quite important if you live in a cold climate. If I had started taking it sooner, my body would be in better shape today. Ime, conditioning is undervalued for medicine users. If you have a healthy cardiovascular system, medicine sessions go much smoother.
Muscle ups are really something, I've never even come close to be able to do one. Do you do them on rings or a bar?Today: 6 sets of muscle ups dispersed throughout the workout.
There are only bars to use at my gym, some being more preferred for muscle ups over others. I've heard rings are a very different beast and hope to be able to try them one day. Presently, with regard to muscle ups, I am focused on increased ballistic action and overall rep range.
