So I haven't yet attempted an extraction, I've been looking at trying Kash's A/B Tek to start with.

It all makes sense in my head, but just to clear one thing up: during step 6 and 7 it instructs to add 200ml of Xylene to the basic aqueous cacti solution. After the Xylene is separated it is of course instructed that this step be repeated at least 4 times.
So my question is, is a fresh 200ml of Xylene then added back into the basic cactus solution for each consecutive pull? This would leave 800ml total of xylene with the alkaloids assuming I did 4 pulls right? I'm assuming I wouldn't just reuse the original 200ml of xylene over and over for each pull?
