yield percentage per pull

Just completed Cybs salt tek with 50 grams mhrb..yields per pull:

1st pull: 500 MG
2nd pull: 277 MG
3rd pull: 30 MG
4TH pull: 10 MG

about 1.6% yield total, which I'm happy with..but is it common to get 95+% of total on first two pulls? Almost seems like a waste to even bother with the last two pulls....I had a different experience with acrb yields per pull..more of a gradual decline in yield.

That looks quite normal for mimosa.
The salt will push most of the product out in the first 2 pulls.
After that it's just rinsing the bark to depletion.

I've extracted quite a bit of mimosa, that's about on par using naptha. Using chloroform (DCM should be the same) I'd get all of it on the first pull. In fact, I'd barely clear 10mg on my second pull. I no longer do a second extraction unless of course my first one falls below expectations.

I would not just stop at two pulls because you never know if you have got it all out untill double checking with a third.

Emulsions or a thick solution can prevent the first two pulls from getting most of it up and out.

Really ? i have some DCM, you make a standard pull substitue naphta with DCM ? the same quantity ? i would like to try...then freeze precipt as with naptha ? will be good for me to get almost everything in one pull
