I finally truely experimented with my stash of 25i nbome freebase.
When I first got it, I did the hcl conversion and laid it on blotter, tried, and was dissappointed. I was told by the vendor that vaping the freebase was the way to go. So after several months I finally tried it the other day.
My mg scale won't register anything under about 5 mgs. so I dumped a few grains on some foil and vaped it. For the minimal amount of smoke, it did have a peculiar chemical taste. It hits you instantly vaping it. I did repeat this 2 more times till I was at my desired effects.
And yes, it hit me hard! A bit scary for the first 15 min. till I accepted it and just went along with it. I'm not too experienced with phenethalamines, but it was very lsd like, with different geometry and colors to the visuals. Very euphoric, and nice to the body. The only negative was a little nausea for the first hr. or 2 probably cause I just ate b4 hand.
Then during the peak I pulled out the changa and loaded the bong. And I must say, that was the second best DMT trip I've had! I was thrown into a different world! I was being observed from all sides of me... Seeing psycadellic kreatures behind, below me... It was very unique, stimulating, different than a plain dmt breaktrough. Tried to relaunch again an hour later but could'nt reach that realm again.
Look forward to combining it with my favorite RC-MXE when I get some more.

All these 2c whatnots... I'm oldskool. I actually just discovered the whole world of rc's about 7 months ago. When I was at that age (late 80's, early 90's) it was just acid, shrooms, pcp, and X was just surfacing. I've only read about dmt, stp, mescaline ect. and fantasized about getting my hands on some.
I would've been in heaven or braindead if I could've ordered stuff like that online back then. So now I'm reliving my youth. Now it's the other way around. I can't find LSD or dust for the life of me, but can order exotic hallucinogens online...
But that 2ci nbome was definately something. I would still take LSD over it, but it was close. Just like I would take PCP or ketamine over MXE if I could find it.

How long did the effects last when freebased? I've only experimented with the hcl version of the NBOMe's. I personally prefer 25c-NBOMe to the others I've tried. It got more visually intense and profound with less body load than the others. I compare it's effects to really clean LSD. Although all of the NBOMe's I've tried have been much easier on the body load than the 2c-x's. Someone said gentle and I would say that's pretty accurate, although with the right dose you can still get your ass gently handed to you.

I've done 4 500µg hits. so 2mg. I find this compound to be maybe nicer than 2c-i. Very visual with a strong but pretty nice body-load. I was seeing visual pattering on 4 hits that looked like interconnecting aum symbols on surfaces of things. that sanskrit style lettering. But I find 25i to be to shallow. It almost feels like I'm cheating the psychedelic experience. It's like a tame version of acid, a party-style compound. Maybe I'm just dosing too low as Mew says but.. there are other compounds that I'd rather pursue. But I'm not hating on it.

I didn't know it was weaker. I've never vaped/smoked it because every time I've bought it, it's been in HCL form and I didn't take the time to convert to freebase. As far as it being shorter...that's actually what made it kind of appealing. Sometimes I have plans or important things to do at a specific time and I can't be tripping then so a shorter trip can be desireable at times.

I really dig this stuff. I have only tried it twice now and plan on doing it more in the future. The only thing I didnt like was the terrible taste of the blotter paper. Out of habit I chew and grind up blotter hits with my tounge and teeth, I find it to have a nasty chemical taste and it makes the tip of my tounge numb.

I am feeling the effects in about 15 minutes and I get a nice 6 hour journey with 2C like visuals but still unique and different on its own.

I have a question, does anyone know if the blotter version of this RC is as effective if it is just swallowed? My wife wants to try it, but wont unless she can parachute it. she cant tolerate the chm taste. Is the blotter active sublingually or can it be swallowed with the same effects?

It won't work orally. If you have blotters then sublingual/buccal is the way to go. This substance is only abaorbed in enough quantity via a mucous membrane - probably due to extensive first-pass metabolism. Hold the blotter in the upper lip indefinitely , and if you taste drug in the saliva then hold the salvia. Any that goes into the stomach is essentially lost. I recommend buccal over sublingual due to the excessive salivation from sublingual.

Im with you Icey. The taste started to freak me out. RC's kind of freak me out lately thats why I spit out the blotter after about 10 min. I may be going RC free. I have concerns of nuerotoxicity on these un tested chemicals especially about long term effects.

Yeah being careful with rc´s is always a good thing, esp these new crazy phens that has shown some crazy side effects in the past like bromo d-fly.


Personally though i think 25i felt very easy on the body, easier than lsd even, but dont take that for anything more than my exp.
