Hello everyone! So I'm Tryambaka, some of you may know me as 4YK0.

I basically lost my accounts password so I'm making this second account!

A bit about me: I'm a fellow psychonaut who is an engineering student in Canada. I first joined this community in fall last year and have really enjoyed the different kinds of conversations and people I've found on this site. I'm excited to be here amongst you all once again!

Wonderful question Didn't expect it here. On longer journeys I end thinking about physics a lot more because all the variables at play become so clear. I try to build a solid understanding of everything I see in a physical sense (my favourite activity on a journey is watching the stars move in the night sky and visualize how the earth is rotating, or how its orbiting the sun. These days I can even picture parts of the solar system in my head).

Even on a day to day basis, whenever I see my city and how far humans have come I want to cry. We've created a reality that none of our ancestors could even fathom, much less imagine. The worst part is that we take it for granted. We have technology which has greatly reduced the average labor that the average human needs to do. We have the internet, a free library of alexandria. We have made good enough computers that they can pass the Turing test. The world is amazing, and I love thinking about these kind of things

What a beautiful perspective! Me and you share a lot in how we see things. Physics has always been fascinating to me, and I applaud your ability to put the solar system into perspective. We humans are notoriously bad in perceiving the unfathomably vast scale of the universe, and to make personal advances in that sense, i.e. to "feel" at least a tiny portion of that vastness is commendable. Cosmic megastructures have been a fascination of mine for more than a decade now, and one of the things that always stands out and comes back up in most of my journeys is the concept of black holes, and Phoenix A in particular. To think that a black hole so unimaginably massive (possibly exceeding 100,000,000,000 times the mass of our Sun) just breaks my brain, in a good way.

It's good to have like-minded people around. Looking forward to explore more of your perspective on the world.
